Are you being sarcastic or, do you really not understand the video?
No it's a general term in any of the arts. It means they credit you for the work and that's it. No-one accepts them as it just screams "I can't be bothered to pay you, give me the work for free". Most people that actually pay will tag you anyway so it isn't worth the effort as its usually people with like 3 followers
Being with exposure means you pay them by referring the photographer to You're fans on social media

no, it means that the employer won't give them money, because they think that the opportunity to work for a big name will give them exposure -> meaning people will discover them and that will get them more money in the long run (that's the theory, in practice it doesn't work that way, this video adresses that by joking how exposure can't buy you anything)

Great tutorial ! but anyway of isolating a section of the image lets say the log in this image and rotate it ?
Hello! Mh yes but it’s a little more complicated. You need to select the log and place it on its own layer on an empty background. Then you need to fill the area of the log on the original layer. So you have the image without log and the log itself on a layer. Then you can rotate :) maybe that helps a bit!

If anyone wonders why Luminar Neo is worth the investment if you already have Photoshop, my answer is: dust removal and powerline removal. I can't tell you how much time those have saved me (using Luminar Neo as a Photoshop plugin).
